ROSBANK public action: Opening hours of Rosbank branches during the New Year holidays

Rosbank wishes you a Happy New Year and Merry Christmas and informs you of the opening hours of Rosbank branches during the holidays:

December 30 – working day before the holidays (customer service – until 2:00 p.m. local time).

December 31st is a statutory holiday, the offices do not serve clients.

from January 1 to 9 – non-working holidays.

January 4 and 8 – customer service is provided at Rosbank’s duty offices.
-
from January 10 – normal office hours.
The granting of loans for retail lending products during the period from December 31, 2021 to January 9, 2022 is carried out in the duty offices of ROSBANK, as well as in ROSBANK Online.
The reimbursement of loans for retail credit products (with the exception of loans from borrowers from the Rosbank Dom agency) on public holidays is made in the following order:
1. If the due date for the monthly payment under the loan agreement falls within the period from December 31, 2021 to January 9, 2022, then the payment date is postponed to the first working day, i.e. January 10, 2022. (the next loan payment must be credited to the account by 9:00 p.m. local time, in foreign currency by 5:00 p.m. local time on January 10, 2022), at the same time:

for the “Credit Card” product: upon receipt of funds on the customer’s account on public holidays, the debt repayment under the loan contract will be made on a regular basis. If there are not / enough funds in the customer’s account to pay the payment on public holidays, the deadline for payment of the minimum monthly payment is postponed to January 10, 2022;

for other personal loan products: if there are sufficient funds in the customer’s account to pay the monthly payment, the bank will reimburse this debt under the loan contract in the period from January 5 to 9, 2022. In the event that absence / insufficiency of funds in the account to pay the payment, the repayment of this debt will be made by the bank on January 10, 2022.
2.To avoid overdue debts on a loan with a due date 12/30/21, the next monthly payment (minimum monthly payment) of the loan should be credited to the customer’s account in Russian rubles before 9:00 p.m. local, in foreign currency before 5:00 p.m. local time 12/30/2021.
The procedure for repayment of loans by borrowers from the Rosbank Dom agency: if the payment date of your mortgage is in the period from December 31, 2021 to January 9, 2022, the funds will be debited on the first working day (01 / 10/2022). You can see the payment confirmation in your Personal Account and Mobile Application the next day (11/01/2022) after the funds have been debit.
The execution times for transactions on deposits and savings accounts, including the accumulation of interest, do not change.
ACCEPTANCE OF CURRENCY PAYMENTS
December 29, 2021 – Accepts payments in USD (US dollars), EUR (euro), CAD (Canadian dollar), HKD (Hong Kong dollar), CHF (Swiss franc), DKK (Danish krone), GBP (British pound) , JPY (Japanese yen), NOK (Norwegian krone), SEK (Swedish krona), CZK (Czech koruna), PLN (Polish zloty), CNY (Chinese yuan), BYN (Belarusian ruble), KZT (Kazakh tenge) made in regular mode in accordance with the working hours of the Rosbank offices.
December 30, 2021 – Accepts payments in USD (US dollars), EUR (euro), CAD (Canadian dollar), CHF (Swiss franc), DKK (Danish krone), GBP (pound sterling), NOK (Norwegian krone), SEK (Swedish krona), CZK (Czech koruna), PLN (Polish zloty), CNY (Chinese yuan), BYN (Belarusian ruble), KZT (Kazakh tenge) is carried out in accordance with the opening hours of the Rosbank offices.

ATMs
At Rosbank ATMs you can:
withdraw funds from the account;
make monthly payments for loans (at Rosbank ATMs with cash-out function). In order to pay the loan through an ATM, the funds must be deposited to your debit card, to which the repayment account is linked. Depreciation will be carried out automatically on the fixed date;
deposit funds to Rosbank’s credit card. To do this, use the service “Deposit funds” at the Rosbank ATM, the funds are credited online.
To repay Rosbank Dom and Rosbank Auto loans, use the “Loan Repayment” service at Rosbank ATMs.
